The Challenge: Luxury Content Within Brand Standards

Precision Watches needed a social presence that reflected the quality of its timepieces, the expertise of its team, and the experience of its new luxury showroom.

Working with prestigious watch brands also meant working within detailed visual and publishing requirements. Original content had to balance creative storytelling with partner guidelines, approval processes, and the standards expected in luxury retail.

The goal was to develop the retailer’s own voice while presenting its products and showroom with the care and precision those brands require.

Watch Brands Within the Project

Anna’s in-house work at Precision Watches included content and social media activity involving Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and Tudor, with attention to each brand’s visual standards and applicable publishing requirements.

Social Media Strategy & Management

Anna managed and developed Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube as part of the internal team. The work combined content planning, creative concepts, copywriting, publishing, and promotional campaigns.

Recurring content themes connected the watches with the people and expertise behind them: craftsmanship, watchmaking, showroom experiences, and stories designed to make luxury timepieces engaging for a wider audience.

Content planning also accounted for partner-supplied assets and the review requirements for original material. Anna communicated directly with the Rolex marketing team to clarify publishing requirements and coordinated content within the relevant brand guidelines.

Photography & Video: From Craftsmanship to Showroom Experience

Photo and video production focused on the details that make the business distinctive: the architecture of the showroom, the precision of watch servicing, and the way a timepiece looks when worn.

The visual approach connected polished retail spaces with close-up, human stories of craftsmanship. Materials were created for Instagram and the website, alongside video content for the wider social media mix.

The work also included a promotional film introducing the new showroom, with drone footage used to communicate its scale and setting.

Creative Work Within Partner Approval Processes

Producing original content in this environment required a clear understanding of luxury brand expectations. Materials featuring partner brands, including Cartier and Omega, went through the relevant approval processes before publication.

One original video created by Anna received Cartier approval on its first submission. The project demonstrates her ability to bring creative ideas into a setting where visual quality, brand consistency, and approval requirements shape every stage of production.

Storytelling, Reach & Audience Growth

During the period covered by this case study, the social audience grew from 3.7K to more than 7.8K followers through a combination of organic content and targeted campaigns.

One campaign, “How to Spend $100K Wisely — in Watches,” generated more than 50,000 organic views. Its storytelling approach made the subject accessible while maintaining the retailer’s luxury positioning.

Together, the content and campaigns expanded the retailer’s digital audience and brought greater visibility to its showroom, team, and expertise.
